Pick up
PICKUP: When your order is ready, we will notify you the same day by email, text, and phone call. You have 3 consecutive days to pick it up, counting the day we notify you. After that, a $15.00 per day charge is added to your order for each additional day, unless you made arrangements with us ahead of time.
ABANDONED ORDERS: If your order is not picked up within 5 days of our notification (counting the day we notify you), it is considered abandoned. It will be donated to veterans and first responders in need or to Hunters for the Hungry, and no refund will be given, unless you made arrangements with us ahead of time.
CWD and Out of State harvest
Due to regulations concerning CWD, we will not process whole deer from DMA1, DMA 2, DMA 3. We will only accept skinned and quartered deer from these zones or out of state along with the Head and spinal column must be removed.
